What type of coaching do you offer?
I offer personalized one-on-one coaching designed around your individual goals, lifestyle, and experience level. Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle building, strength, or overall health, your program is customized specifically for you.
Do I have to be experienced in the gym?
Not at all! I work with women of all fitness levels—from complete beginners to experienced lifters. Every program is built around where you are now.
Will I receive a custom workout program?
Yes! Every client receives a personalized training program based on their goals, schedule, experience, and available equipment.
Do you provide nutrition guidance?
Yes. You’ll receive practical nutrition guidance and education to support your goals. My focus is on building sustainable habits rather than restrictive diets.
How often will we communicate?
You’ll have regular check-ins to review your progress, make adjustments, and keep you accountable throughout your coaching journey.
Do I need access to a gym?
Not necessarily. I can create programs for a commercial gym, home gym, or minimal equipment. Your program will be built around the equipment you have available.
How long should I expect to stay in coaching?
Everyone’s journey is different. While some clients work with me for a few months, many choose to continue longer to build strength, maintain accountability, and continue progressing toward new goals.
Do you offer in-person training?
Yes! In-person training is available for clients in my local area, subject to availability.
